The Oxford Society of Paediatrics presents the latest in a series of talks aimed at medical students and foundation doctors

We are delighted to welcome Dr Clare Robertson, a consultant in community paediatrics, who will be talking to us on the subject of recognising and responding to child abuse, with emphasis on learning from serious case reviews, and factitious and induced illness in children.

Dr Robertson will be imparting wisdom from years of experience in these highly sensitive areas, making this a must for anyone interested in working with children and families in communities and in hospital.

We are also lucky enough to have Sue King, Head of the Children and Families Assessment Team, and social worker Shynu Thomas, to give us a broader perspective on this vital topic.
