Claudia Juarez Molina

DPhil, MSc

Postdoctoral Research Scientist

Claudia is a multi-disciplinary scientist. She holds a Dphil from the department of Medical Sciences at the University of Oxford in HIV Immunology, MSc in Molecular Medicine from University College London and BSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Kent.

Dr. Claudia also has 5 year experience in industry where she worked as a scientist in Stem cell research and 4 years experience as Postdoc in academia working in the field of Advanced therapeutics. In her previous post she was a Senior Research Associate in the Gene Therapy Group, NHLI, she specialized in gene therapies deliver through viral and non-viral approaches.

Dr. Claudia joined the OVG in 2023 and her current work focuses on the development of vaccines and vaccines trials for enteric diseases.
