I am a graduate student reading for an DPhil in Paediatrics. In the Draper Lab, I work on the discovery and analysis of monoclonal antibodies against malaria. My specific project focuses on generating novel chimeric RH5-based protein constructs in order to isolate and further explore epitope-specific antibodies, and on evaluating both existing and new antibody panels through computational models.
