Thejaswini Madupuri

MSc in Project Management & International Business Management, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

Junior Clinical Trial Manager

I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India, where my final-year dissertation was completed in collaboration with IIT Madras, focusing on polymer synthesis. I also hold Master’s degrees in International Business Management and Project Management from Coventry University, both awarded with distinction, and I was a recipient of the Phoenix Academic Excellence Scholarship.

I have over four years’ experience in project management and operational delivery across clinical and research environments. In 2024, I joined the Oxford Vaccine Group, Department of Paediatrics, University of Oxford, where I support the management and delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials, including Phase I first-in-human studies, experimental medicine trials, and pneumococcal human challenge studies.

My professional interests include global health, clinical trial operations, and regulatory affairs, with a particular focus on ensuring that vaccine research is translated into meaningful health outcomes for communities worldwide.
