Data Scientist

I joined the Oxford Vaccine Group as a Data Scientist, where I use advanced computational approaches, primarily to study co-infection dynamics in controlled human infection models.

I completed my MSc in Bioinformatics at the University of Glasgow, where I focused on developing systems biology workflows to investigate metabolic mechanisms in childhood leukaemia.

With experience spanning both wet lab and computational research, my interests lie at the intersection of multi-omics integration, disease modelling, and translational bioinformatics to improve therapeutic outcomes.
