Staff Survey highlights 2023 |
2023 was a transformative year for our Department, and together, we have made significant strides towards fostering a workplace that celebrates differences and embraces the strength found in our diverse perspectives. This progress is evidenced in the results of the 2023 Staff Survey, conducted by the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Committee, and highlights of which are now available via the link below. (Go to the Quick Links panel and click on EDI 2023 Staff Survey Highlights to download the document).
The data indicates an improved uptake of Personal Development Reviews, a better work-life balance for staff, and more social events for Early Career Researchers amongst other things. The committee is planning to deliver further events over the course of 2024 and to continue its mission to build a cohesive, inclusive and diverse community.
