My research project involves enhancing understanding of extracellular vesicle (EV) physiology, to further develop therapeutic EV technology. More specifically, my goals include identification of factors or cargos that determine and modulate the functional interaction between EVs and cells/tissues in vivo, and developing methods for finding specific EV signatures that determine their target cells/tissues.
