I graduated in Clinical Medicine(2001), and got MSc(2006) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology both at Guiyang Medical College. I got PhD(2011) degree in Biology at Zhejiang University, focusing on POCT test for nucleic acids of multiple pathogens.

Currently, I have been focusing my work mainly on immunophenotyping of blood diseases, especially childhood acute leukemia. I am a visiting scholar funded by the China Scholarship Council, and my research at the University of Oxford focuses on validating novel biomarkers for treatment resistant childhood leukaemia using immunophenotyping, molecular and functional assays.
