I have recently joined Paediatrics Department in June 2022 after working just over 3 years at NDM in a similar role. Prior to joining the University, I spent a number of years working in Charity, Local authorities and NHS Trusts in similar Finance roles.
I'm mainly responsible for the Department's financial management, supporting Head of Finance (Ketlin Stroo) and Head of Administration (Shaka Obhiozele), and managing Grants & Finance Team to ensure timely and quality support is provided to PIs/Researchers as per University Financial regulations.
I'm an ACCA qualified accountant and previously obtained my Msc Banking & Finance from University of Glasgow.
