The Department takes everyone’s health and well-being seriously and we’re lucky that the University offers a wide range of services which we encourage you to investigate.

Probation Review & PDR
As a department we have moved the probation and performance development review (PDR) process to an online form system. When you start your line manager will go through this system to set your objectives for your probationary period. You will then have a mid and end of probationary period review before being confirmed in post.
