Dr Edge and Dr Ryan

In Diabetes, they are involved in several collaborative national and international projects with the University of Cambridge on early detection and prevention of complications in children with diabetes. In addition they are working with the University of Sheffield on a project assessing structured education programmes in children with diabetes.

In Endocrinology they are collaborating with the University of Reading in a national study on quality of life in children starting growth hormone, the University of Newcastle in a national study of thyrotoxicosis and with Glasgow in a National Turner Syndrome study as well as smaller in-house endocrine studies.
